By conducting a comprehensive in-home care assessment, we are able to develop a very thorough care plan for each person, which includes placing a caregiver  who matches the needs, lifestyle, and personality of the client. This relationship is critical, so we carefully work with the client over the first few weeks to make sure that the caregiver is a suitable match. If it doesn’t seem to be the right fit, we work personally with the client to find a different caregiver that more comfortably meets their needs and wants.

We make use of our extensive network of contacts with LTCi carriers and administrators to directly advocate for our clients over the phone, saving them time and sparing them headaches.

I would like to share my experience with Griswold Home Care here in Vineland, New Jersey. I live in North Carolina and my mother’s care is very important to me. Some things have become a little difficult for her and I wanted her to have some help in caring for herself and her home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a home health care agency right here in Vineland. Beth, my mother’s caseworker was excellent. Very supportive and kept in constant contact with my mother to make sure her care was up to the standard that Griswold expects. That was not a problem as our home health care provided was an angel. On time, honest, and hard working. Plus, she always puts my mother’s safety first. I have met Arlene numerous times and find her to be one of the most caring people I have ever met. Griswold is flexible and will met the ever changing needs of their clients. Recently my mother was in the hospital and to my surprise both Beth and Arlene came by to check on her. Now that is going the extra mile. I highly recommend Griswold Home Care for any and all of your home health care needs. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

"I wanted to tell you how amazing Christine was in managing my parents with no power. She did a great job and packed them up so we were able to walk them down three flights of stairs in the dark so that we could move them to my house this morning for a few days. Elaine also was terrific in getting there this morning and walking up the steps with her luggage with no help. We are so grateful for their amazing care and devotion to my parents! Thank you!"
